PEELY Peelers are BRAND NEW manually operated peelers which are precision made in Germany.
A cucumber, carrot or any long shaped vegetable, is placed at the opening of the knife blade assembly and simply pulled through by grasping the bottom of the item to be peeled.
These units have a series of beautifully engineered spring-loaded knives which fit to the shape of the carrot or cucumber being peeled.
Any shape of cucumber or carrot can be peeled but there is a restriction on the diameter of the product.
Knife heads are also available for asparagus and daikon/Japanese radish.
